I really I really don’t know what I’m going to do Alcohol *Fake crying* Just kidding I really don’t care I don’t really drink alcohol that much anyway So I’m going to just put a nice big sticker right there in the center Dairy So that gets a nice pink sticker The egg That’s a really hard one I don’t know what I’m going to do I don’t know y’all This is a really hard one Grains We’re talking rye, millet, barley, oats, rice, corn all of the grains So let me put a sticker here No gingersnap cookies Legumes So this includes your beans, your peas, and also your peanuts Peanut is actually a legume it’s not a nut Pseudo grains Like your quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat I don’t have any of those in my house but like here’s an example of quinoa I’m pretty sure guys know what quinoa is by now if not you’re living under a rock Seeds Nightshades Like your lovely tomato potatoes, eggplant, all bell peppers Nice little sticker Polyunsaturated oils So they get a nice little pink sticker Prepackaged, processed foods Don’t make the list Sugar I just want stay away from that for the 60 days Yeast Also watch out for foods that contain mycotoxins which is basically mold Artificial sweetners You guys are probably looking at me like I’m crazy and you’re probably thinking “what the heck are you going to eat?   1. question is what did u eat? like i eat against autoimmune but didn't give up on the seeds, or dairy free milks.. liked how snappy your vid was 😉

You are an inviting person to watch, however, this first video doesn't explain why you're going on the diet and hence you are not going to capture the audience who do not suffer from autoimmune disease (and would like to improve their health and lose weight) and the like–increasing your "views." I have autoimmune which is why I tuned in, but I didn't learn a darned thing and I don't want to tune into those doctor videos. I want to hear from others who suffer from leaky gut and autoimmune and watch them progress to better health because I need a good kick in the pants to get myself on track to healing. Otherwise, good editing, good background music, you have a grasp of videography. Just need more substance.

  3. I love how you went through every thing you're giving up and gave detailed explanations on to why, and how they effect the body. I'm definitely taking notes lol. I can go without all the other things, but eggs are the hardest! Great video!

  4. I don’t know how such a helpful video got buried from searching but after 2 weeks of constantly searching autoimmune diets I found you! Thank you for the explanations. I’ll look at your other videos for much needed help and strength to begin this first phase. I know…I’ll miss eggs
