you ever been so tempted so hungry and so tempted to overeat that you’re like man I
could eat everything in sight hey and maybe you even do right because you are so hungry
and you’re like I could just eat everything in sight so that when you see the donuts or
the cakes or the cookies or the pizza you’re like yeah give me some of that man I’m hungry
and maybe you’re so hungry you’ve got yourself some a case of the hangries hey I’ve been
there done that before like I can get a little angry when I’m hungry I can definitely get
hangry drop a 4 in the comment section if you can completely relate to that got a little
situation of the hangries here well did you ever wish there was like a secret sauce a
magical pill a secret berry that you know unicorns help to grow right it’s like just
give me something so I can stop overeating and eating everything in sight so I can lose
some weight right well I’m going to share with you 3 tips on how to not overeat when
you feel like you can’t right how to not overeat the natural way and this will help you to
lose weight as well so when those times come here’s what you can do first tip is incorporate
coconut oil virgin coconut oil extra virgin coconut oil into your diet why it is a fat
but it is a healthy fat because coconut oil is a natural appetite suppressant plus it
has fat burning components help you to burn fat and that fat is not stored on our body
as fat it actually used as energy so not only are you going to be suppressing your appetite
but you’re going to be having some energy a source of energy as well so how can you
incorporate it into your diet you can cook foods with it anything where you would use
an oil you can substitute coconut oil for awesome right plus I actually have a recipe
if you love yourself a good cup of coffee which I do I actually have a recipe on how
you can incorporate coconut oil into your diet into the coffee and I actually love it
and I’ve actually been doing this for months now absolutely good so I’ll put that in the
comment section below number 2 is you gotta have some healthy snacks around for you OK
first off coconut oil prevent you from actually having those times of the hangries or you
fell like you’re so hungry you can eat everything in sight number 2 have some healthy snacks
on hand some nuts, cashews, Back to Nature is a brand and they actually have lots of
choices when it comes to trail mixes and nuts and seeds they’re great it’s a great source
I buy that every so often to keep it on hand I keep with me some almonds and so that when
you do feel like you’re getting hungry and you’re like well I don’t want to get so hungry
that I eat everyhting in sight right I don’t wanna overeat you can have some of those nuts
those seeds the trail mix now I’m going to caution you word of caution for you my friend
is be careful of the trail mixes when it has fruit in them be careful because they actually
saturate the fruit in sugar they saturate it into like a cane sugar syrup OK so craisins
I’ll give you an example craisins which are cranberries that are dehydrated but craisins
actually have sugar added into them so that they’ve soaked the cranberries in sugar so
now the cranberries have absorbed that so craisins actually have a lot of sugar so just
be very careful you want to get something where if it does have fruit in it great because
you’ll have protein with the nuts and seeds and you’re gonna have some good carbohydrates
with the fruit but be very careful that they haven’t added sugar into it number 3 is get
yourself anumner 3 option is get yourself a good protein shake why because when you
incorporate more protein into your lifestyle into what you’re eating protein actually holds
you over longer OK so when you have a good protein shake you’re not gonna be having the
hangries you’re gonna be fuller longer it’s gonna satisfy you and that it’ll prevent you
from having those moments of hangries and prevent you from overating now I’ve actually
found a really really great protein shake that tastes yummy and that works right I’ve
researched a lot of this I’ve tried a lot sometimes they’re chalky and they taste nasty
and you’re like I don’t even want to drink that why waste my money and buy it again right
if you found yourself an awesome protein shake that’s great but if you are looking for something
to incorporate into your lifestyle I have found a great one comes in different flavors
