Hi, my name is Sunny, I am 23 years old and a marketing consultant. I used to be slim my whole life, I had a busy social life and did a lot of sport. But now it’s hard to even look at myself in the mirror. Especially if I’m just in my underwear, what I see in the mirror makes me really sad. I still remember standing here in the same spot 20 weeks ago, feeling super uncomfortable in my own skin. The first 15 weeks were really tough. It was exhausting and I was totally unfit. On top of that, I also injured myself. And that really got me down at the time, because I couldn’t perform as well as I wanted to. But now, I would like to show you the results.

  5. I’m spectical i want to try it but I don’t believe that running can get rid of arm fat and upper belly fat , I think she did other work outs as well but I’m not sure if anyone can confirm whether or not she did please tell me

  6. I am on my 2nd week of the Seth Run in Freeletics App and I have lost almost 2 kgs…
    3rd week: I have switched to free run rather you could say jogging for 3.7 miles and will trynto take it to 5 miles by the next week.

  7. This week well be the 4th week of my fitness journey i was 83 kg now i'm 80 kg i lost only 3kg … I Feel dissapointed but i won't give up lol i wanna lose another 10kg 😂😂 it's not easy i know in my case Maybe it will takes a year but i wanna made it anyway

  9. I've seen this video before the summer … It actually kept motivating me in the back of my head … So the week of my birthday, Aug 27, I started running 4 times a week and setting goals. There's a route about .7 miles long and I could not get through it in one go before. I had to stop 3 times along it. Now I can go the whole length, turn around and come back almost halfway. Meanwhile I always thought about this video because I looked exactly like your Before and now I'm in between 🏃🏻‍♀️ Thank you!! Inspiring.

  17. Nice transformation! She can be proud of herself. But I would like to know what kind of nutrition she's done, bc sports are good, but you can run your ass of if you're not going to eat the right things, you'll never going to achieve your goals.
