Easy Dry Rib Recipe – High-protein, Low-carb and Gluten-free

hey guys welcome to Protein Treats by
Nutracelle today we are making dry ribs and these are the easiest two step
dry ribs you could ever possibly make and the most exciting part is they’re
super super healthy for you so I’m going to show you how easy this is let’s get
started okay so your secret weapon is going to be a resealable bag you’re
going to take your resealable bag and put all of the herbs and spices that you
like in here so so I’ve got some paprika I’ve got some red peppers I’ve got some
garlic I’ve got a little bit of salt and I have some jalapeno pepper as well
because i like it a little bit spicy and i put that right in the bottom of my bag
and then I’m going to add two scoops of natural Nutralean we’re just going to
pop it right in the bag there we go and then I’m just going to
close my zip lock bag here and I’m going to shake it a little bit just so it’s
mixed up pretty evenly it doesn’t have to be perfect and then what I’m going to do
is take my pork loin that I’ve cut into about 1 inch square as you can see here
they’re all about 1-inch pieces and I’m going to take the pork loin and I’m
going to put it right in my bag and then this couldn’t be any easier
it’s going to make sure that it’s nice and closed and i’m just going to shake it
give it a quick shake so it’s nice and coated now i am using an active i’m
going to pop it in the acti fry here for about 25 minutes if you don’t have
an acti fry you can just put it right on parchment paper and put it in the
oven at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes and you’re going to have perfect
delicious dry ribs alright so our dry ribs are done and they look absolutely
delicious it smells so amazing in here and what you guys aren’t going to
believe is how healthy and filling these are I’m going to give it a little taste
