Hi! PAK Natural The Keto Kween Here! With a recipe on low carb fried chicken. First I grind up some pork skins. Look at London; always got to
be in the picture somewhere. lol Now it’s time to prepare the chicken. Salt & Pepper to taste. Mix it up real good. 2 eggs scrambled. Or do you call it mixed? 2 eggs mixed? Garlic powder to taste. Mix Well. Pour egg mixture over chicken. Coat the egg mixture on every piece of chicken. Hey London. Get your frying pan and put your oil in. Dip
the chicken into the skins, the crushed skins and then over into the sunflower oil; or whatever
oil you choose to use. I can’t remember why I keep adjusting the
heat; I guess I just want it perfect. lol All of the chicken is in
the pan. I have 2 pieces of chicken left. I had run out of the skins, the crushed skins. I
had some more in a bag so I
used those. That looks Good! Those last 2 pieces cooked a little too long
