  14. Anyone watching this. Just be heathy a few exercises a night is all you need, work your way up slowly. There are too many videos like this pressuring young girls into thinking that a tiny bit of fat is a bad thing. ITS NOT. That tiny bit of fat is stopping you from having problems in the future. It stores your organs. ITS GOOD TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF FAT. You are perfect just the way you are. It doesn’t mean you can’t tweak your body if you want to but just remember everyone needs a bit of fat. Just be healthy, be happy and be you. Here are some exercises that worked for me personally:

    1. Plank (start at 30sec add 10sec every week until you get to 1m30 or 2 mins)
    2. Put your legs in the air and hold and reach up trying to touch them (same amount of time as first one)
    3. Lie flat on your back and lift both legs at the same time (same time as first)
    4. Squats (as many as you feel comfortable doing) you can work your way up to 50 or 100 which every suit you best.

  20. I do go jogging every day and o always eat eggs for breakfast. My breakfast may include a bagel or two, some fruit, and milk. My lunch is usually something with fruit, a veggie, and some meat based food on a weekday, then for dinner it can vary greatly but usually contains a few of the following: cooked broccoli, fruit, chicken, soup (containing veggies and other healthy meats), and healthy stuff like that. We early go out to eat and we only have pancakes every two weeks or so. I’m confusion, I still have several annoying pounds on my belly! I even take a class called circus every Friday where I do push-ups, plank, acrobatics (lifting other people and tossing them up), and other exercises. Is there a veggie or fruit I could add to my diet? Also, does the lemon water have to be heated?

What a load of bolloxs, the exercise part is mad, it's obvious if your over weight how can you go Jogging, then jog as fast as can on a tread mill, and plank exercise says lay on your stomach and bring up your leg to touch your hand then jump up after you have done the exercise, if your fat it's hard enough to get down on the floor that's without doing anything else. strange thing is you never see a real fat person in any of these videos it's always someone with only about a 2 to 1 inch to loose on their waist, its all crap.
