Thanks for watching my video! I hope you will also love today’s Egg Diet for Weight Loss video as much. Let’s start Full Day Egg Diet Plan for Weight Loss. This will make your weight loss fast. Try to do this diet plan as it is. In the morning, at wake-up drink detox water, empty stomach. Take detox water that you liked from my detox water videos. In the morning breakfast, have Egg Masala Omelette for Weight Loss. Let us make Eggs Masala Omelette, you will love it. If you are going take only egg white, then take 3 eggs. And if you are planning to take whole eggs, then take 2 eggs. I am taking whole eggs, that’s why I am using 2 eggs. Beat eggs well. I repeat again here, If you are going to be using egg whites, then you take 3 eggs. And if you are going to use whole eggs, then use 2 eggs. Beat eggs well. The more you beat the eggs, the more your eggs omelet would be fluffy. After beating the eggs, add chopped onion, I have used one small size onion, little chopped coriander leaves, little green chili, as per your taste. It is optional. Chopped capsicum, 1 medium size and chopped tomato, 1 medium size then add salt, as per your taste. Little black pepper powder, little red chili powder, it is optional. Mix well all the ingredients. You can also add Mushrooms in this, Turn on the gas, then put a frying pan or Tava on the gas. Now put oil – 1 teaspoon, This is a weight loss recipe, so we put 1 tsp oil. Now grease the pan well, then add eggs And let it cook, after being a one-side cook, you flip it. And cook well from the other side. One side is our cook, you flip it. See Use non-stick cookware, so that egg omelet will not stick. I have used a lot of vegetables in this, you can use your favorite vegetables. Our Eggs Masala Omelette for Weight Loss is Ready! You can take it for breakfast or even for dinner. If you want to have it at dinner, then you can have it without egg yolk. If you are having in dinner, you can have 3 egg whites Along with Masala Egg Omelette, you can take 1 cup of Green Tea or milky tea. If you are having milky tea, then use cow milk or low-fat milk. Green Tea or Milky Tea, have it with less sugar or no sugar. or else add half teaspoon honey. Mid Morning have 1 Kiwi or 1 orange, or have almonds – 4-5 nos with 1 walnut. In lunch – have Egg Dal Tadka for Weight Loss recipe. The recipe video link I have given in the description box below. Along with that take Mixed Veg. Raita or have a green salad. Post lunch, have Green Tea – 1 cup In evening snacks, take 1 bowl hot soup In soup, you can take chicken soup or tomato soup or carrot soup From my Soup for Weight Loss Recipe videos, have anyone. In evening snacks, if you are unable to take soup then you take nuts & seeds. In nuts & seeds – take Almonds – 4-5 nos & 1 walnut or take little pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or flax seeds. In Dinner, repeat again Egg Dal Tadka Recipe or else have Egg Masala Oats Recipe. You might have seen my Chicken Masala Oats Recipe video, if not seen, then please watch it. In that recipe, instead of chicken, use 2 hard-boiled eggs. If you eat eggs at dinner, then take it without egg yolk. At bedtime, take 1 cup of hot milk with turmeric. Minimum 45 minutes daily do walk or yoga or gym or any physical activities. Consume more water Whenever you feel hungry, then eat oranges or cucumber.
