So the Danmuji recipe to make Gimbap is also included in this video. I hope you can make delicious gimbap later by using this video. Then let’s go to make Danmuji-Muchim with me. Go ~ Go ~ Salt, Sugar, Vinegar(9˚), Sesame oil, Spicy chili powder, Radish, Water Peel the radish first. Discard unnecessary ends. Cut radish like I show. This length of radish is set aside to make Danmuji for Gimbap. Cut the cut radish in half again. In fact, only one radish is put in gimbap. So cut half of this and put it in a container. Cut the radish for the Gimbap like this. I cut radishes so ugly because if I cut radish into pretty cubes, I have to throw away a lot of radish. Now let’s make vinegar water. Add 1 liter of water. Then add 100ml of vinegar(9˚). Add 4 teaspoons of salt.

Sugar and salt are well melted, and when the water boils, turn off the stove And then put the cut radish. Let aging radish overnight at room temperature like this. Next day, Throw out all the vinegar water And rinse well with cold water. Completely remove water after rinsing. Danmuji was completed. Danmuji for Gimbap on the left can be stored in the refrigerator and used to make Gimbap. Now let’s make Danmuji side dish. Add 1 teaspoon of spicy chili powder. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Mix well with hand like this.
