I have been scanning the internet trying to understand what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, etc. I was basically looking for a "How-to" on the montignac method and u just gave it to me. (: i would like to know, however, other "montignac safe" foods for meals to avoid repitition. But this video was fantastic!!
