Paneer Bhurji For Weight Loss – Best Indian Diet Plan With Paneer/Cottage Cheese To Lose Weight Fast

hey guys, I am nisa homey and welcome back to my channel i get a lot of requests for vegetarian alternatives for a healthy weight loss meal so, today i’m sharing my version of a quick and easy paneer bhurji which can be roughly translated as scrambled paneer is also known as indian cottage cheese and made by coagulating milk so, is paneer good for weight loss?? paneer is a good source of protein which means it does not cause a spike in blood sugar levels which also means paneer help to keep your hunger pangs away so, if you’re looking for a protein-based weight loss meal then paneer would be a great choice the high calcium content help in building stronger teeth and bones paneer is made by coagulating milk and the milk is separated into solids and liquid whey the solids are strained and pressed for a few hours to get paneer paneer is a great source of linoleic acid it’s actually a fatty acid which helps to lose weight by increasing the fat burning process in the body now there are many different ways to make paneer bhurji and this is one of my version for a quick and easy and healthy paneer bhurji this paneer bhurji is a great breakfast or lunch option…also before I forget let me also mention that when you make paneer at home do not discard the whey protein it can be used to knead atta and if you like the taste you can even spicen it up and drink it along with your breakfast or lunch ok…. so to make this quick and easy paneer bhurji i am using 50 gms of paneer for this recipe i like to grate the paneer rather than crumbling it as grated paneer adds more volume. once the paneer is grated i am adding in 1 grated carrot move this to a side and now chop finely half of an onion this paneer bhurji is an excellent option for kids lunch box and kids can be very choosy when it comes to onions atleast my kids were!! when they were small so chopping the onions really finely would be a great idea to deal with picky eaters and then finely chop 1 green chilli increase or decrease green chilli according to your taste now transfer this to a bowl and then add in 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp green chutney the recipe for green chutney recipe will be down below in the description box so pls do check it out and lastly add in pink Himalayan salt and now mix all this very well and this is the base of my paneer bhurji meaning you can add other vegetables to make this more filling and healthier transfer half of the mix into another bowl and sprinkle in some chopped curry leaves or coriander leaves this is my version of a healthy no oil paneer bhurji which not need any cooking ok now i’m showing how to make this paneer bhurji for kids so into half of the paneer mix (okay keep the other half for yourself) so into half of the paneer mix add in 2-3 tbsp of boiled corn and mix well and then add in 1/4 of chopped capsicum now you can also add in grated beetroot or even boiled green peas when you are making it for kids so this is the kids version of healthy oil free paneer bhurji now let me show you how to make a feeling whole-wheat meal with this paneer bhurji place one whole wheat roti on a hot tawa and drizzle about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp desi ghee over it place 2 to 3 tbsp of the filling on one side of the roti now the filling i am demonstrating now is with the kids version ie is the paneer bhurji with boiled corn and capsicum pls use the filling without corn if you’re making it for yourself for a weight-loss meal okay once the filling is placed and it is getting heated spread about 1/2 tsp of green chutney on one side and with a spatula close the roti halfway over the paneer and press it down for a minute and then flip it to the other side and again press it down for a minute remember i have kept the flame on the lowest transfer to a plate and serve hot enjoy this as a filling breakfast or lunch and you can even pack this to your workplace let me also show you how to make paneer bhurji sandwich for kids with this mix now place two slices of bread on the hot tawa and lightly toast it on both sides now toasting the bread is highly recommended as it prevents the bread from being soggy now spread 1 teaspoon of green chutney mix on top of the bread and then top it with about one-two tablespoon of the paneer bhurji mix cover it with toasted bread slice and press it down with a spatula now flip it over to the other side and again press it down for about 30 seconds and then removed to it to a plate do try this recipe and let me know how this turned out if you like to see more such videos please give a thumbs up and if you’re new to my channel hit the subscribe button so that you can stay updated with my new videos thank you for watching and until next time take care bye bye
