Tamagoyaki – Rolled Spinach Omelet – Breakfast – Stopmotion


you will need 100 grams of baby spinach washed and cleaned two eggs ideally from organic farming a pinch of salt for each egg tamari or soy sauce for a gluten free option use tamari (check the lable) crack the eggs into a bowl add the salt swirl the egg and set aside heat up some water – it should not boil – and blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds take the spinach out and let it cool heat some oil in small non stick pan and fry two thin omelettes place the omelettes on a flat surface add the spinach as shown drizzle with tamari roll cut in equal pieces garnish with roasted sesame seeds
